Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Legal Assistant to join our team at Wolfe & Associates. As a member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our attorneys and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 am -5 pm, in our Wilmington (Pike Creek Area) office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with at least two years of experience in an administrative role. Candidates should be familiar with the real estate industry and possess excellent communication skills. A salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered. Additionally, benefits include paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holiday time, company-paid health benefits, dental and vision benefits, 401k with company match, and Dover Federal Credit Union Member Benefits.
