Job Title: Healthcare Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our medical facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures.
  • Assist with data entry and scheduling appointments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare rooms and trays for procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff to ensure seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in healthcare administration or a related field. Familiarity with electronic medical records is also a plus, as we use E-Clinicalworks in our practice.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
