About the Role

Zobility is currently seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Create process orders and schedules to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and office staff to maintain equipment and software.
  • Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity within SAP and physical documentation.
  • Inventory and store documentation according to company policies.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or errors.
  • Support special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with document management and workflow processes.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and administration is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
