Healthcare Front Office Coordinator

We are in search of a dedicated Healthcare Front Office Coordinator for a full-time role within our esteemed practice in Louisville, KY. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the standard of healthcare and patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients and managing check-ins
  • Monitoring and establishing goals for practice performance
  • Coordinating patient appointments with our healthcare providers
  • Handling phone inquiries
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the office and waiting areas
  • Encouraging satisfied patients to leave positive reviews
  • Organizing events such as health fairs, open houses, and team meetings
  • Promoting special offers and new patient initiatives
  • Delegating tasks effectively
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the practice
  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Striving to provide each patient with an exceptional experience

Qualifications:

  • Ability to track and report data to the regional management team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Capability to read and interpret insurance claims reports
  • Experience in filing claims and billing
  • Leading meetings with support from the regional director
