Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst - Sourcing Operations will oversee standardized processes and drive ongoing enhancements within the Supply Chain Sourcing division, focusing on Supplier Financial Risk, Commercial Operations, and Horizontal Cost Center Management. This position plays a crucial role in advancing FLIGHT DECK initiatives, leading central efforts to standardize and refine various processes within the Sourcing Finance sector. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence Sourcing finance and operations while gaining insights into financial risk management, commercial operations, and FP&A.
This position is available for remote work, aligned with Eastern time zone operations in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties
  • Conducts regular assessments and evaluations of supplier financial risk metrics in collaboration with Sourcing commodity teams. Identifies high-risk suppliers and collaborates with teams throughout the risk mitigation process.
  • Enhances the Sourcing Deal Review financial model process. Collaborates with Sourcing Commercial Operations and Sourcing Commodity Finance to implement improvements.
  • Manages financial reporting and forecasting for multiple Sourcing horizontal cost centers. Oversees headcount and expense reporting for planning cycles, forecasts, and actuals. Works with cost center leaders and operational teams to enhance financial management.
  • Leads initiatives to develop standardized procedures and enhance processes across the Sourcing Finance organization, utilizing FLIGHT DECK to optimize their own workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance.
Preferred Attributes
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with operational leaders.
  • Extensive analytical experience, including proficiency with automation and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Spotfire).
  • Demonstrated application of FLIGHT DECK principles.
  • Experience in deploying standardized work and establishing personal leader standard work.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • FP&A experience, focusing on understanding the underlying reasons and solving problems to influence outcomes.
