Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, your role will encompass a variety of financial responsibilities aimed at facilitating informed business decisions. Your tasks will include:
- Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in tax audits and payroll processing.
- Preparing budget reports and performing cost and revenue analyses.
- Generating periodic financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit and loss reports, to accurately reflect the company's financial status.
- Collaborating with financial leadership on the formulation and implementation of financial strategies.
- Establishing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

- Engaging in special projects and enhancing financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is advantageous.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a Senior Accountant or in a comparable role within the finance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Robust analytical skills with experience in report generation and presentations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Capability to work independently, manage complex projects, and juggle multiple responsibilities.
