Treehouse is an innovative startup focused on simplifying the electrification of residential and commercial spaces, particularly through EV charger installations.
Our customers benefit from a streamlined electrical installation process, facilitated by a software-driven team of electricians.
We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to enhance our team. This role involves supporting the design and implementation of our CRM, assisting with project intake for electrification initiatives, and coordinating with third-party partners.
You will play a crucial role in advancing electrification projects from their inception, providing essential support for electrical project design, and collaborating closely with our Sales, Install Operations, and Lead Electrician teams to ensure precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in electrification, effectively communicating the complexities of electrical installations to assist both customers and colleagues.
- Support training and performance management for outsourced teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library, ensuring consistent application of policies through ongoing content enhancements.
- Work in close collaboration with other departments, including Marketing and Install Operations, to optimize the sales process and improve the overall experience for customers and installers.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and CRM tools in partnership with the Head of Sales Operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a consultative approach to prospective clients, establishing Treehouse as a trusted leader in the industry.
- Provide exceptional support to both potential customers and partners.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role with an operational focus.
- Experience with CRM systems and related tools.
- Self-motivation, persuasive abilities, and a results-driven mindset; a commitment to exceeding goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interpersonal interactions and teamwork.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in home renovation, maintenance, or repair work, or familiarity with electrical systems.
- Background in consumer sales.
- A demonstrated interest in climate-related fields.
