EVENT SALES COORDINATOR

Tre Dita is in search of an
EVENT SALES COORDINATOR with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the catering sector.

Oversee the venue's catering and events to guarantee an outstanding experience for both guests and staff
Create and manage catering proposals, contracts, and event orders; coordinate catering events within our online system; and strive to meet sales objectives
Participate in tastings and meetings, collaborating with the General Manager and Chef to curate catering menus
Assist the General Manager in managing expenses, boosting sales, and expanding the business to align with financial targets
Collaborate with the General Manager and management team to recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and develop all catering staff as necessary
Comprehend and assist with in-house audio-visual equipment as required
Availability to work various days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends) across multiple locations with or without overnight travel, as necessary
2+ years of experience in catering sales management.
