Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain profitability
  • Oversee, train, and guide a team of Sales Representatives
  • Exemplify a professional management approach that inspires enthusiasm and accountability
  • Collaborate with other operational units to maximize dealership opportunities
  • Assist sales associates in closing deals as necessary
  • Engage with employees and customers to foster relationships and enhance the sales process
  • Develop rapport with customers to build a strong customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales team and assist in deal closures
  • Manage all facets of the sales department effectively
  • Offer guidance to customers visiting the dealership
  • Assist customers in vehicle selection by actively listening to their needs
  • Communicate product features, applications, and benefits to potential buyers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager
  • Familiarity with GM/Cadillac products
  • Ability to follow up on customer leads and build lasting client relationships
  • Willingness to mentor additional sales associates and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation structures
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, especially in negotiations
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Adaptability to new technologies and trends in the automotive industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Possession of a valid and clean driver's license
