Position Title: Regional Operations Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations

Direct Reports: Store Management Teams

Job Summary: The Regional Operations Manager at Baskin Robbins oversees their Store Management teams in providing a customer experience that exceeds expectations. This role is accountable for the seamless operation of multiple locations, typically ranging from 5 to 8 stores. The Regional Operations Manager exemplifies adherence to company policies and procedures, setting a standard for team members.

Principal Responsibilities:

Team Development

+ Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, performance evaluations, and professional growth of team members.

+ Ensure effective training resources are utilized.

+ Conduct regular team meetings to share essential operational updates.

Operational Excellence

+ Foster a culture prioritizing employee well-being in the stores.

+ Monitor and report on training advancements.

+ Guarantee a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.

+ Ensure compliance with brand standards, recipes, and marketing initiatives.

+ Prepare and follow through on action plans for store remodels and openings.

Financial Performance

+ Continuously evaluate and enhance profitability.

+ Provide guidance and feedback to Store and Assistant Store Managers regarding brand standards and cost management.

+ Drive sales by creating actionable plans to boost business performance.

+ Ensure the necessary tools and systems are in place for the rollout of new products and processes.
