Client Support Representative

The core responsibility of Bluestone Bank's Client Support Representative is to deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance via telephone. The Client Support Representative manages incoming calls from clients seeking help with their current accounts, purchasing services, and establishing new accounts. Additionally, the Client Support Representative makes outbound calls to clients regarding specific service inquiries or to introduce them to new offerings and address their questions. Utilizing the telephone, online platforms, email, and word processing tools, the Client Support Representative communicates with clients both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

The duties of the Client Support Representative encompass the following tasks:

  • Assist clients in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to Bluestone Bank's service excellence standards.
  • Address inquiries and concerns from clients regarding banking products and services, suggest suitable options, and guide them to the appropriate personnel for additional banking services, as necessary.
  • Manage client complaints and fulfill other service requests.
  • Welcome clients to the bank's digital platforms, products, and services.
  • Comprehend and comply with bank policies and procedures concerning daily operations, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in all mandatory regulatory training and other internal training sessions as required.
  • Meet monthly sales, referral, and service objectives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Client Support Representative is expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled shifts each day. They must be prepared to handle calls promptly at the beginning of their assigned work hours and are required to strictly follow their work schedule and designated break times. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary, as Client Support Representatives may be requested to adjust their schedules to accommodate business needs.

While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate verbally, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
