Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new account growth and existing account expansion within the West Coast/Rocky Mountain territory. The ideal candidate will have experience with calibration/instrumentation services and field operations, as well as strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customers and identify key stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales reports and key performance indicators for assigned accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction with service deliverables
- Prospect and develop new accounts, including developing quotes or proposals
- Assist the Quality team with customer complaints and CAPAs
- Meet with accounts monthly to discuss service expansion and new business opportunities
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, sales, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
