Business Development Manager Job Description

At 9290-FCX Performance, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new account growth and expanding existing relationships within the West Coast/Rocky Mountain territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth and expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with service deliverables, expanding services at existing accounts and prospecting for new ones.
  • Facilitate and provide structured account plans for field service teams, serving as a liaison between business development, service teams, and customers.
Requirements:
  • A four-year degree in Business Administration, sales, or a related field, or equivalent military/industry training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client development.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary, plus an at-risk annual bonus, with an expected hiring range of $85,000 - $105,000.
