Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Watts Water Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Provide sales support and training to internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing management
- Proven track record of professional leadership and excellence
- Strong technical background and knowledge of the water industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
