Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary sales leader to spearhead our sales initiatives for LTX Studio. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing our market presence. You will take charge of the complete sales process, from generating demand to closing deals, while developing strategic plans to meet LTX Studio's sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales strategy for LTX Studio, focusing on revenue generation.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including demand generation, account planning, and deal closure.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and refine LTX Studio's product/market fit.
  • As the business expands, assist in building and developing the sales team and necessary support functions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in selling software solutions within the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in both PLS and SLG sales models.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business insight and understanding of complex sales dynamics.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience in crafting and executing sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Proficient in account planning and deal development.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in building and onboarding sales teams.
  • Background in selling editing tools or similar technologies for pre and post-production.
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, plus commission.
