Requirements

  • Background and Experience
    • Background in interior design or architecture
    • Minimum 5-7 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of successful leadership
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong design skills and a passion for the design profession
    • Ability to build relationships and trust with direct reports, peers, and customers
    • Financial literacy and business acumen
