Our latest offering, LTX Studio, is an all-encompassing AI-driven storytelling platform that allows users to take full command of their creative narratives.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary sales leader to spearhead our sales initiatives for LTX Studio. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing a robust sales framework. This role encompasses the entire sales process, from generating demand to closing deals, ensuring that our sales objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy for LTX Studio, focusing on revenue generation and market penetration.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets.
- Foster relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on product-market fit.
- As the business scales, contribute to the formation and growth of the sales team.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in software sales, particularly within the Media & Entertainment sector.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales goals.
- Proficient in both PLS and SLG sales models.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in account planning and deal structuring.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and training sales teams.
- Familiarity with editing tools or technologies used in Pre & Post Production.
- Knowledge of generative AI technology and its applications in media.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, plus commission.
