About the Role
We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated professionals to join our Summits division and Sales team as an Account Executive. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in sales and business development after a comprehensive onboarding and training period.


Key Responsibilities
- Generate and prospect new leads to establish a robust book of business.
- Engage and qualify prospects through various channels including email and phone outreach.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with C-level decision-makers by understanding their growth objectives and converting insights into business opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with both new and existing clients.
- Travel to various locations as needed to meet client requirements.
- Represent the company and our clients in delivering exceptional products and services.


Qualifications
- While prior sales experience is beneficial, our world-class training program equips you with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential.
- Confidence to engage with industry leaders while maintaining a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is required.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing email campaigns is advantageous.
- A proven track record of achieving ambitious goals in your professional or personal life is desirable.
- A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
