Job Summary

As an Account Growth Specialist at Thompson Safety, LLC, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth within our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new business sales within a protected sales territory.
  • Utilize CRM technology to document activity and track results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and drive sales growth.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in outside sales, blue-collar, and/or industrial sales environments.
  • Adequate skills with Microsoft products like Outlook/Email, Teams, Excel.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $75,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include a monthly car/cell phone stipend, excellent medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) program with employer match and immediate vesting, paid time-off, and paid holidays.
