Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager - Strategic Growth to join our team. This role will involve managing daily accounting operations, leading financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leading the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on financial matters.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years in public accounting or corporate finance/controllership, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
