Job Overview

As a key member of our SMB Team Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion in the San Diego market. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships within multiple geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participating in training opportunities on products and services and attending sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting to ensure business growth and revenue expansion.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
