Role Summary:

Specialty Dental Brands is on the lookout for an experienced IT Project Manager to enhance our IT Project Management Office (IT PMO). This pivotal role involves the orchestration, management, and strategic planning of intricate projects from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

  • Lead the initial phases of projects, including the definition of scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resource needs, and budget forecasts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements.

Team Leadership:

  • Assemble and guide cross-functional project teams, inspiring them to achieve project milestones.
  • Promote a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
  • Efficiently manage resources and team workloads to maximize productivity.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the established project plan.
  • Track and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges and risks.
  • Implement and uphold best practices in project management methodologies and tools.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve concerns.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Formulate and oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage expenses related to the project.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years managing complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
