Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter Payroll Time: Accurately and timely enter payroll time for our team members.
  • Job Site Coordination: Gather and input data related to job site activities and progress, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Purchasing: Handle the procurement of materials and supplies for the company, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, installers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Scheduling: Assist in the creation and management of project timelines to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact between the field teams, clients, and management to facilitate clear and efficient communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records for all projects, including purchase orders, job site data, payroll entries, and material inventory.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are being followed on job sites.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the coordination of projects.

Requirements:

  • Data Entry Experience: Ability to accurately enter job site data and payroll time.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Ability to manage purchasing processes, ensuring cost-effective decisions.
  • Project Coordination Experience: Prior experience in a project coordinator role, ideally within the construction or commercial door industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data entry, scheduling, and purchasing tasks.
  • Site Experience: Knowledge of site safety protocols and hands-on experience with project coordination.
  • Technical Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): Experience with reading blueprints and understanding mechanical systems related to doors.
