Job Description

LP3 Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of HVAC Engineering Consulting Projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers on project plans, timelines, and schedules that are submitted to the company from external contractors.
  • Assist in identifying project milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Maintain project calendars and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all LP3 Service Lines (e.g., Commissioning, Energy Program, Infrastructure)

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Facilitate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
  • Maintain project documentation, including internal Excel trackers and Smartsheet logs.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify project risks and issues in a timely manner and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders, whether it be LP3 Solutions internal leadership or the Client's leadership.
  • Work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Monitor risk and issue resolution progress and update stakeholders accordingly.

Quality Assurance:

  • Support quality assurance processes by ensuring adherence to project requirements and standards.
  • Participate in quality reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement, specifically for internal LP3 Solutions Project Manuals and Templates.
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, BlueBeam) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
