POSITION SUMMARY

The primary objective of this role is to assist our broadcasting division through various tasks, predominantly by managing inventory for forthcoming productions. Our workforce comprises dedicated individuals who actively contribute, support each other, and recognize achievements. The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our internal stakeholders by overseeing the receipt, movement, and distribution of products. This position emphasizes customer service excellence, inventory control, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with hours from 8am to 4:30pm.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently and accurately fulfill internal product requests from various warehouse locations.
  • Properly store returned products in designated areas in a timely manner.
  • Monitor communication from requesting departments regarding show updates and respond promptly.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse, taking personal accountability for cleanliness and order.
  • Execute multiple system transactions, including Oracle for inventory management and production tracking.
  • Process returns to vendors and manage liquidation pulls.
  • Assist the receiving department with incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking new samples and purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a warehouse or retail setting preferred; training available for suitable candidates.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, with a robust work ethic and positive demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possess the physical stamina and determination to thrive under pressure.
  • Experience in distribution, including order picking, packing, receiving, and inventory management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, including audits and damage assessment, is desired.
  • Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for maintaining service levels.
