Position Overview:

Our Impact:
You will collaborate with a talented team focused on executing large-scale transformation initiatives within the Single-Family Acquisitions Division at Freddie Mac. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as an internal advisor to the Strategic Transformation team, leading and facilitating efforts that enhance our operational framework, technical capabilities, and strategic planning.
- Supporting change management strategies centered on research, analytics, communication, training, and promoting the adoption of two new technical programs.
- Partnering with key customer groups within SFA and across the organization to foster the acceptance of change initiatives.
Your Contributions:
- Assess and analyze client requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify operational efficiencies, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Develop, recommend, and implement strategic transformation plans in alignment with the Change Management team.
- Communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations effectively to peers and clients.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of strategies while engaging seamlessly for internal client feedback.
- Create clear written materials complemented by effective graphic designs to convey insights.
- Design and model dashboards, reports, and business case details using Excel or equivalent analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A Master's degree in a quantitative field is advantageous.
- Consulting experience with major firms or equivalent management consulting organizations.
- Expertise in the Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with advanced change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci Change Management).
- Experience in facilitating large working groups using design thinking techniques.
- Proven track record in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
