Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to support our nursing team by providing non-nursing care duties. As a Resident Experience Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport residents to and from dining areas and activities
  • Assist with meal and beverage service, including taking orders and serving food
  • Support residents with food preparation as needed
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces
  • Ensure resident water pitchers are clean and filled with fresh water
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the Residential Services Director
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
  • Follow departmental safety protocols and utilize proper body mechanics
  • Participate in all required in-services and activities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of healthcare experience (desired)
