Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at Horning Management Company, LLC. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the management and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule apartment turnovers, ensuring timely completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Perform vacant and pre-vacate unit inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Enter and close service requests, following up with residents and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute resident notices and general correspondence.
  • Schedule and notify residents of preventive maintenance activities.
  • Assist with filing and other office duties as required.
  • Perform light duty touch-ups and bulb replacements as needed.
  • Prepare monthly resident activity reports.
  • Manage package receipt and notification to residents.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Yardi/Nexus experience preferred.
  • Full Microsoft Office proficiency.
