Resident Experience Coordinator

Delivering Exceptional Resident Experiences:
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and loyalty
- Guiding new residents through the move-in preparation experience for a seamless transition
- Conducting follow-up visits within a week of move-in to address concerns and ensure a remarkable living experience
- Managing move-out inspections and coordinating resident events to promote community engagement
- Maintaining high resident visibility, overseeing amenity areas, and collecting fees for rentals
- Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance community operations and resident experiences
What You'll Need to Thrive:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required for certain roles
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to use a smartphone for job-related tasks
Bonus Qualifications:
