Job Summary

Washington & Jefferson College seeks a highly motivated and student-centered Residence Life Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-in position that requires a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community within our campus residence halls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily housing operation of campus residence halls, providing leadership and facilitating major campus housing initiatives, and supervising and training a staff of Resident Assistants. Additionally, they will implement the Residential Learning & Engagement Framework within the defined campus housing area and through department-wide programs.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to student learning and development.

Responsibilities
