In this role, you will deliver essential ground support services to clients in a courteous and professional manner. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of ground handling operations, including but not limited to:

  • Fueling and defueling aircraft.
  • Handling baggage and cargo.
  • Towing aircraft.
  • Utilizing marshalling signals for parking aircraft.
  • Providing lavatory and potable water services.
  • Operating various ground support equipment to meet customer and aircraft needs.

Compensation: The pay for this position starts at $ / hour. Flexibility is required for all shifts during operational hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. Note that overnight shifts are not part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transfer fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
  • Operate all necessary ground support equipment, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, and deice trucks.
  • Perform ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
  • Engage in customer service activities, assisting clients with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
  • Support aircraft turnaround processes, including loading and unloading.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of all buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct or assist with daily and weekly safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid state driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work in an environment that involves frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Capable of performing regular heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
