Position Summary

In this role, you will deliver essential ground support services to our clientele in a courteous and professional manner. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of ground handling operations, including but not limited to:

  • Fueling and defueling aircraft.
  • Handling baggage and cargo.
  • Towing aircraft.
  • Utilizing marshalling signals for aircraft parking.
  • Providing lavatory and potable water services.
  • Operating various ground support equipment to meet customer and aircraft needs.

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is competitive and requires flexibility for all shifts during operational hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties. Please note that overnight shifts are not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
  • Operate all necessary ground support equipment, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, and de-icing trucks.
  • Execute ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
  • Provide customer service by assisting with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
  • Support aircraft turnaround processes, including loading and unloading.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of all facilities and grounds.
  • Conduct or assist with regular safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid state driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work in an environment that requires frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy objects regularly, up to 50 lbs.
