Work Schedule: Full-Time – Availability during holidays and weekends is essential.
The compensation stated reflects the hourly range or rate for this role. Actual offers may differ based on the candidate's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment. The Airport Mobility Support Specialist, often referred to as a Wheelchair Agent, is responsible for fulfilling the service obligations for airline passengers who require or request wheelchair assistance. This role is highly focused on customer service, and receiving tips is both permitted and customary. Exceptional Wheelchair Agents can enhance their earnings by an additional $25–$100 weekly through outstanding service.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on the job.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of experience in customer service is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times while assisting passengers.
  • Engage positively with passengers.
  • Follow all client and/or site security protocols and procedures.
  • Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their pickup point to their desired location within the facility.
  • Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport when necessary.
  • Coordinate tasks with dispatchers and gate agents as needed.
  • Complete detailed Incident Reports as required.
