Job Title: Administrative Account Coordinator

AssuredPartners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Account Coordinator to join our Commercial Lines department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications.
  • Manage accounts by entering client information into our agency management system, auditing client data, processing change requests, preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements, and various other administrative tasks.
  • Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.
  • Maintain carrier updates and bulletins.

Requirements:
  • Desire to learn & grow with us
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (P&C), with our support
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service focus or administrative assistant type skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
