Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support multiple groups in our Richmond, VA office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to multiple groups, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
