Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Central Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, court services personnel, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including attendance reports, foster care student records, and grant-funded project data.
  • Process direct pay and purchase requisitions, and maintain a ledger of accounts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences, and prepare effective correspondence.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve technology issues and maintain department-specific programs.
  • Assist with planning, organization, and support for special projects and events.
  • Perform other duties as requested by supervisor and dictated by the needs of the department.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Performance Matters, PowerSchool, and other department-specific programs.
  • Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.
  • Ability to read, spell, proofread, and write legibly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise mature judgment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
Working Conditions

This is a 260-day (12 month) position located at Central Office. The starting annual salary for this position is $50,082.12 or based on promotion policy for internal candidates.
