We offer a diverse range of over 180 integrated programs that encompass Education & Youth Development, Family Support, Employment Training, Health Services, Housing Assistance, and Legal Aid. Our outreach impacts more than 73,000 individuals and families, with a significant portion being immigrants and refugees facing various challenges.

Role Summary: The Refugee Resource and Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing CAMBA's programs aimed at workforce development and refugee services. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive services to low-income community members, ensuring that all program requirements are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Reception and Placement program, ensuring compliance with all service standards and requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with funding entities, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and documented accurately.
  • Continuously assess and enhance service delivery, making recommendations for program improvements based on client feedback and needs.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with businesses to create innovative philanthropic solutions that address departmental objectives.
  • Solicit financial and in-kind contributions from various organizations to support the needs of refugee families.
  • Develop and sustain a volunteer network that promotes awareness and engagement within the community.
  • Establish a comprehensive referral network to connect clients with essential services, including legal aid, education, housing, health care, and employment.
  • Represent CAMBA's programs with professionalism, fostering relationships that lead to beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in social services or non-profit development, particularly in Refugee Services.
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory role for at least one year.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations.
  • Proficient in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with databases is a plus.
  • Experience in developing proposals and reporting to significant donors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, French, Dari, or Pashto is advantageous.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $75,000. The offered salary may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.

Employment Status: This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).
