Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Lee Spring Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our HR functions and ensuring that our company remains competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Benefits Administration: Design, recommend, implement, and administer approved employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, medical plans, term life insurance plans, temporary disability programs, and accidental death policies.
- Payroll Management: Process weekly payroll, maintain accurate payroll records, and reconcile benefits invoices.
- HR Generalist: Provide HR support to employees, including answering benefits-related questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing employee concerns, and providing support to employees.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and benefits-related laws.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or payroll management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, benefits administration, payroll management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
