We provide over 180 integrated programs across various sectors, including Education, Family Support, Employment Services, Health, Housing, and Legal Assistance, reaching more than 73,000 individuals and families annually.
Role Summary: The Refugee Resource and Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing CAMBA's Reception and Placement program, ensuring that all service requirements are met with high-quality, culturally sensitive support. This position involves maintaining effective communication with funding bodies, monitoring service delivery, and fostering partnerships that enhance the department's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Reception and Placement program, ensuring compliance with program standards and delivering culturally appropriate services.
- Maintain regular communication with funders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and services are documented and reported accurately.
- Evaluate and enhance service delivery continuously, recommending improvements to align with client needs.
- Establish strategic partnerships with businesses to create innovative philanthropic solutions that address departmental needs.
- Secure monetary and in-kind contributions from various organizations to support refugee families.
- Develop a volunteer network that promotes awareness and engagement within the community.
- Create a comprehensive referral network to connect clients with essential services in legal, educational, housing, health, public benefits, and employment sectors.
- Represent CAMBA's programs professionally to build and secure partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in social services or non-profit development, particularly in Refugee Services.
- Preferred supervisory experience of at least one year.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with experience in delivering presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Ability to interpret contracts and manage multiple complex priorities.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
- Experience in developing proposals and providing impactful reporting to donors is preferred.
- Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, French, Dari, or Pashto is a plus.
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is $75,000. Salary offers are based on various factors, including experience and education.
Employment Status: This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week.
