Director of Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives in the Eastern US region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Assess and qualify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and win proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, program management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, winning contracts, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the DoD C5ISR sector, NAVWAR, PEO C4I, NIWC Pacific and Atlantic, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and U.S. Naval Shipyards.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
