A Head for Profits is looking for a dedicated Director of Beer Sales Operations to lead the sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team. You will also be responsible for evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information to identify opportunities for growth.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year + growth opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package valued at over $10k*. This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs, and a commitment to work/life balance through our paid time off (PTO) programs, paid company holidays, and more.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree (preferred) and/or three years of successful management experience, preferably in the hospitality segment. Strong experiences in the beverage dispense Industry are preferred.
