Position Summary
As a Sales Estimator, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate authentic relationships with potential clients, assess their needs, and offer customized solutions. Your proficiency in sales and project oversight will play a vital role in our company’s achievements while ensuring efficient project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction:
    • Perform comprehensive evaluations of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and deliver innovative, tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
    • Establish rapport with clients and effectively communicate the various service options available.
    • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from presenting solutions to successfully finalizing agreements.
    • Address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding sold projects.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Provide precise project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team promptly.
    • Collaborate with team leaders to review ongoing projects, ensuring all project information is accurate and complete for smooth operations.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in daily sales meetings to strategize with colleagues and management, sharing insights and supporting one another in achieving sales goals.
    • Contribute industry knowledge and sales strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
  4. Business Development (Optional):
    • Represent the company at industry events to showcase our services, generate leads, and expand our clientele.
    • Develop and maintain a network of strategic partners to create potential business opportunities.

Essential Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to safely use an extension ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Capability to access confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the role and perform job duties safely with or without accommodations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably BuilderTrend.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Interview Process

  1. Initial video interview with a recruiter.
  2. Follow-up video interview with the sales manager.
  3. Onsite interview with the regional sales manager.
  4. Ride-along experience to observe a typical day in the role.
  5. Informal meeting with the owner.
  6. Offer extension for successful candidates.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site.

Compensation: 100% commission with bi-weekly advances available.
