As a Client Support Specialist, you play a vital role in our operations, serving as the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include efficiently managing service inquiries for residential and commercial glass needs, coordinating with our dispatch team to arrange on-site evaluations, and providing telephone estimates for automotive glass repairs. Additionally, you will follow up with clients regarding previous estimates that have not yet been finalized.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a focus on action. You are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and adept at navigating various situations on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide quotes and facilitate sales for automotive glass services.
  • Schedule appointments for on-site evaluations and installations for automotive, residential, and commercial services.
  • Follow up on all service requests using our management system.
  • Complete work orders, return client calls, and address customer concerns.
  • Assist with additional tasks as required, including cross-training in related roles.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the automotive or flat glass sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to navigate tablet-based technology effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sales aptitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
