Position Details: This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Our Billing Operations Specialists typically:

  • Exhibit strong customer relations skills with clear and effective communication.
  • Oversee the billing process by rectifying any discrepancies and completing daily invoices.
  • Utilize technology proficiently, particularly Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Engage comfortably with customers regarding service and sales inquiries.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and see them through to completion.
  • Assist with daily operations, including preparing and processing estimates.
  • Invoice completed services efficiently.
  • Uphold a strong sense of integrity in all work-related tasks.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment while also being capable of independent work.
  • Maintain effective follow-through with customers, technicians, and team members.
  • Pass a drug screening, physical examination, and background check.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
