Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Estimator, your primary focus will be on cultivating authentic relationships, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering customized solutions. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Client Engagement:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, and offer high-quality, innovative, and tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Establish rapport with clients and guide them through the available service options using effective communication skills.
- Lead clients through the entire sales process, from presenting and clarifying the proposed solutions/quotes to successfully closing the deal.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up requirements related to completed projects.
- Project Coordination:
- Provide precise project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team promptly.
- Collaborate with team leaders to review ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and complete project information for seamless operations.
- Sales Team Collaboration:
- Participate in daily sales meetings to strategize with colleagues and managers, share best practices, and support each other in achieving sales goals.
- Share industry insights, sales strategies, and customer feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Business Development (Optional):
- Represent the company at industry events to showcase our services, generate leads, and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain a network of strategic partners to create potential client opportunities and enhance business growth.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely use an extension ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Ability to safely access confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics with openings ranging from 16*22 inches to 22*30 inches.
- Capability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces while measuring and taking photos during inspections.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of in-person sales experience with a proven track record of meeting various sales performance targets.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably BuilderTrend.
- Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote).
Pay Structure: 100% commission with bi-weekly advances available.
