Job Summary

At CAM Integrated Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled I&E Field Services and Commissioning Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation and performance of instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation controls within the Oil and Gas Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Service Management
    • Manage and coordinate field service activities, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation equipment at client sites.
    • Lead a team of field technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety protocols, and timely completion of projects.
  • Commissioning and Project Management
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to develop and execute commissioning plans for new installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
    • Conduct pre-commissioning checks, functional tests, and system validation to ensure equipment and systems meet design specifications and performance requirements.
  • Technical Expertise and Leadership
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines for field service and commissioning activities.
    • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Interface with clients to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Industry Knowledge and Staying Current
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to instrumentation, electrical systems, and automation controls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas Industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing field services and commissioning projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in instrumentation, electrical systems, PLC/SCADA systems, DCS, and other automation controls used in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Required to travel to client sites as needed.
