Position Overview
The IT Help Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the technological framework of Marrakech Inc. This position is tasked with overseeing the IT Specialists and ensuring that end-users receive effective support for both hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the IT Specialists and manage the overall help desk operations.
2. Address escalated issues and ensure all incoming support tickets are promptly assigned and resolved.
3. Provide technical assistance for inquiries related to computer systems, software, and hardware, both in-person and remotely.
4. Maintain accurate documentation through the help desk ticketing system and inventory lists, ensuring all hardware transactions are recorded.
5. Assist with user management tasks, including account modifications and password resets for various systems.
6. Oversee the maintenance and repair of agency computers, including setup, software installation, and troubleshooting.
7. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive electronic information at all times.
8. Participate in the evaluation of computer systems for future usability, including current hardware and potential donations.
9. Troubleshoot network and email issues, escalating significant problems to the appropriate authority.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is required.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage diverse databases and shifting priorities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and external vendors.
5. Proficient reading and writing skills for clear documentation and technical comprehension.
6. Extensive knowledge of computer systems and networking, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
7. Adaptability to changing technologies and work environments.
8. Familiarity with the mission and strategic direction of the organization is essential.

Work Schedule
Flexible hours, Monday through Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week.
