This is a true hunter role, where you'll be expected to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. You'll sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals.
As a sales professional, you'll analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. You'll tailor customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

As a T-Mobile employee, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary and compensation package, as well as multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches.
You'll also receive a Total Target Cash Pay Range of $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives, and a Base Pay Range of $43,080 - $77,640.
Additionally, you'll have access to our Total Rewards Package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays.
