Job Summary

Wilson Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Project Coordinator to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing project expenses, billing, and budgeting for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues and overages
  • Forecast future project costs to ensure budget compliance
  • Provide financial support to project managers, including recognition of project costs, assistance with project billing, and compilation of backup
  • Coordinate with project managers to review and process invoices from subconsultants and vendors
  • Manage project budgets and control expenses
  • Estimate labor and expense costs
  • Reconcile invoices from subconsultants and vendors
  • Deliver project financial reports to management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, financial, or related field
  • Two or more years of experience in managing an accounting function in a medium- or large-size company
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time-management, verbal and written communication, planning, organization, and interpersonal skills
