Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Albireo Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of information from order acceptance to project handover, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
  • Assist Project Managers with submittals, operational manuals, and process compliance monitoring.
  • Review and modify project schedules and plans as required.
  • Coordinate with customers on contract documentation and tax documents.
  • Initiate and track progress of contracting claims.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Prior experience supporting construction and field employee groups.
